Amenities
We have an inventory of interior and tables and chairs for your event. Exterior tables, and chairs available.
Our Court Yards offer two brick patios, salt finished walkways, and beautiful antique wrought iron gates.
The Brides Suite is complete with two vanities large antique mirrored wardrobe, and plenty of room to relax.
The Grooms Lounge sports a 55 inch TV, large sofa, a table great for playing cards, and plenty of room to relax.
We have a simple prep and warming kitchen, with a large commercial oven, 300 lb. ice machine, refrigerator, warming oven and a commercial dishwasher.
We have garden heaters and a gas grill available (additional fee applicable).
Building Maximum Capacities
The maximum capacity for the building is 175.
Azalea Room has a maximum guest capacity of 49.
Magnolia Room has a maximum guest capacity of 50.
Ballroom is 3000 square feet with a maximum guest capacity of 150.
Required Security
The Marion Hatcher Center requires a representative from the Fire Department be present at any function with over 100 people.
The Marion Hatcher Center requires 2 deputies.
The Marion Hatcher Center may require an additional deputy at our discretion.
The Marion Hatcher Center will arrange for these services at the expense of the renter.
Richmond County Deputy. The fee is $40 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Cash only.
Augusta Fireman. The fee is $40 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Cash only.

For all contracts please note:
A Refundable Damage Deposit of $1000 is due 30 days prior to event
A non-refundable facilities fee of $100 is required for limited vendor use of our wheelchair lift.
If you have any questions or concerns, we will be happy to offer assistance. Once the contract is completed, signed and the non refundable security deposit is received, the date is yours.
